Bowl, Wide and Low, with Roundover Lip and Osage Stroke

Pin oak is creamy and pale, but it’s not boring mashed potatoes. There’s texture in there, grit and character. This bowl includes as an accent a stroke of osage orange (a wood with plenty of grit of its own) that tapers to a fearsome point at the lip, just before the final moment where it would go over the edge.
